Content Compliance ModuleAllows company representative to review orders before processing downstream, such as review customer uploaded content against company policies. A useful module to an organization that custom manufactures products, where they may use UGC (user-generated content). Module has an Image recognition service, to auto flag unsafe images preproduction. On order rejection from module, the system automatically cancels the order, refunds the payments, notifies the customer with reason and syncs inventory with the ecom store.
Pick Ticket ModuleThe module generates a paper pick ticket consisting of the order information along with product image, to help the warehouse personnel pick the sku and quantity, related to the order. The pick ticket is bar coded, so the order processing downstream in the workflow can be done with a bar code scanner. i.e. scanning to generate a packaging slip and shipping label for the order. Multiple line items can be on a single pick ticket as well, depending on your operations business needs.
QA ModuleThe module is used for Quality Assurance, with defect management. The fulfillment personnel can confirm the quality or fail it with the company’s custom reason codes. The order is sent back in the work-flow automatically, and common defects are tracked. Report can be generated against this data so common reoccurring issues can be addressed. The system also has built in checks, to not allow a defective item to be shipped accidentally.
Organizer ModuleThe module is used to Organize line items in an order to the parent order. This is useful module where the organization may fulfill line items in an order in parallel or using different workflows. For instance a stock product order vs. custom order, which may have different processing paths, but require to be shipped together. The Organizer automates the process, by allocating bins to place the item when scanned, so all related items in an order are together. Further, the module has a traffic light system to let the personnel know, when the order is complete with all parts, and can be moved downstream to shipping station.
Shipping ModuleThe module provides live integration to Shipping Carriers such as FedEx and Stamps.com. The module auto generates packing slip, shipping labels, and pre-fills customs forms for international shipping such as commercial invoice and airway bill. The module also take weight input from scale before making the API call to the carrier to generate the shipping label. The tracking number is relayed to the ecom store, where Shipment confirmation message is sent to the customer. All automated on pick ticket scan.
Inventory ModuleInventory service that updates ecom store inventory, which is the available inventory for sale per sku. The module receives on-hand inventory, which is the absolute physical inventory in the warehouse, and subtracts allocated inventory based on the in process orders, and updates the ecom store with the available inventory. This service can be integrated with your existing ERP, inventory or warehouse management system to get absolute on-hand inventory.
Reporting ModuleContains several out of the box reports such as Sales demand report, Shipment report, Processing report, QA Failed Report, Tax report, and Snap shot report. For instance the snap shot report shows using a bar graph the quantity of orders in a specific state in the facility, to help identify processing or resource bottlenecks.
Order Info ModuleThe module allows customer service and operational personnel to look up the order details, including the audit log of fulfillment processing.
Order Management ModuleThe module allows operations managers to locate specific orders, and review the audit log activity. The module is intended for managers or supervisors, it’s used to handle exception cases and has over ride capabilities.
Search Filter ModuleThe module allows for extensive search and filter capability in processing orders. For instance, operations team can process expedited shipping orders first, by specific sku, specific state, quantity size, order amount, or by type of order (just single line item orders). The search filter module can help order processing based on the fulfillment center needs and priorities.
Pricing ModuleAllows to configure tiered pricing for specific skus, and syncs with the ecom store. This module can be used when quantity breaks are used for pricing products. This module service can also be used to sync an existing company pricing platform with ecom store.
Job ModuleThis is a custom module, that can be configured to submit jobs to product equipment in the manufacturing process. Used by our customer for personalized or custom orders, so the orders are automatically sent to production systems with all the configuration details required to produce the artifact, such as art work. There is ability to batch multiple orders in a common job request as well.
System ModulesThere are set of modules used to manage the platform content, such as security and access, product and skus, company specific search filter drop down and attributes.
